Prof. Adams will explore a number of key legal, risk and policy coverage issues affecting directors and officers in corporate Australia.  The discussion will include recent cases on directors’ duties, insured v insured coverage issues and what constitutes an “officer” for the purpose of the Corporations Act and policy wordings.  Arlene Tansey, a professional non-executive director of a number of leading Australian public companies, will provide her insights on these and other issues affecting directors of Australian publicly listed companies.
