Judge John Bowman has had an illustrious career as a barrister and solicitor and for the past decade as a County Court judge. Throughout Judge Bowman's legal career, he has been heavily involved in insurance litigation, and in particular common law and statutory schemes. Judge Bowman also has a fine reputation as an after dinner speaker of great wit, and this function will surely prove to be another occasion on which His Honour delivers a worthy judgment. |
