| Description: |
This AILA Seminar Series will examine a range of fundamental insurance issues arising out of a scenario and information revealed during the investigation of the claims arising from it. There are three seminars in the series:

The first Seminar, on 23 March, 2010, will cover the property and business interruption claims,
-
The second Seminar, on 27 July, 2010, will deal with liability issues arising out of the incident,
-
The third, on 19 October, 2010, will discuss life insurance principles applying to the death claim.
