Refund Policy

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are non-refundable unless an error has occurred due to the fault of AILA. In this instance, all steps will be taken to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Memberships are non-transferable to other people. Memberships are held and retained by individuals regardless of their corporate status, employment or location.

EVENTS & SEMINARS

Notification of cancellation must be received no less than seven (7) days prior to the seminar or event date. Replacement person/s may attend in place of the registered delegate/s. Non-attendance will result in a full payment request to cover the venue and catering costs incurred to AILA.
