Now in its fourth year, this award was first conceptualised by Mr. Ron Shorter prior to his untimely passing in 2012. The event was open to all young professionals from which three people were chosen as finalists |

Description
Come and support our young professionals at the finals of the "Ron Shorter Award".
The finalists and their topics on which they will speak are:
- Divya Pahawa from Meridian Lawyers "Blurring the lilnes between intention and negligencde in the context of medical malpractice insurance
- Naseet Taseet from GT Insurance "The role of an insurance broker in society"
- Mark Slaven from McCabes "The impact of climate change on the insurance industry"
This year's Judges are:
- Justice Nigel Rein, Supreme Court of NSW
- Dallas Booth, CEO, National Insurance Brokers Association
- Leanne Mezrani, Editor of Lawyers Weekly
The final will be followed by drinks and canapes and is free to attend, you just need to register.
