EVENT: LAW FOR INSURERS |
Summary |
This seminar has been co-ordinated on some basic aspects of law to assist young, less experienced members of your company to learn a little of the legal world, particularly as it relates to their insurance law work. It is not proposed that this seminar will necessarily attract senior personnel but rather that you may send some more junior members of your staff. |

Description
Alison has no relevant skills or experience but is keen to cash in on the mineral resources boom. She signs up with a labour hire firm specializing in mining. After some basic training, she is sent to work with an equipment maintenance contractor at a mine site in western NSW. She consults a personal injury lawyer for advice on her compensation rights.
