Description
In the final seminar of 2016, Geoffrey Watson SC will examine the effect of the chief justiceship of Murray Gleeson in the context of Tort Law which, in Geoffrey’s opinion, changed the game.
The seminar will enable you to grasp the impact of the changes through definition, liability reference and historical information whilst providing examples of relevant cases including liability, contributory negligence and damages.
The seminar is FREE for AILA members and will include the NSW AGM and be followed by drinks and canapés to celebrate the end of 2016!
