Andrew Dawson is the National Client Development Leader – FINPRO for Marsh Pty Ltd and has over 15 years’ experience, specialising in financial and professional risk advice. He has extensive experience in advising clients across many industries including financial services, design consultancy, construction and technology. Andrew actively engages with clients to manage the risk process, from insurance program design and placement through to the management of large complex claims.

Gillian Harrex is a Principal of Finity Consulting and is an actuary. Gillian heads up Finity’s Melbourne team which is focused on supporting clients in VIC and SA. Gillian has more than 20 years’ experience in general insurance with particular passion for long tail claims and disability, motor accident compensation and medical indemnity. She has wide experience in general insurance providing advice to insurance companies, compensation schemes, and reinsurance companies and has acted as the Appointed Actuary to a number of insurance companies.

Joe Carrone is the Head of Professional Indemnity & Cyber Liability Manager at AIG with extensive Professional Indemnity and Financial Lines experience having spent 17 years underwriting and broking in the Melbourne and Sydney markets. Joe workedin senior roles at AON, Fenton Green and CGU before moving to AIG.
