The AILA twilight seminar committee is delighted to welcome The Hon. J L B Allsop AO, Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia, as a 2015 twilight speaker. Chief Justice Allsop will examine the current law of mis-statement and non disclosure and the implications for policy drafting.
