Description
An Educational & Networking Event
AILA Young Professionals and the LDG have teamed up to bring you a one-of-a-kind event not be missed.
In our roles as Underwriters, Brokers or Claims personnel within the insurance industry, chances are we will at some point in our careers end up seeing ourselves in a courtroom. We are excited to present the opportunity to our members to come and witness first-hand what it is like being in such a setting.
This event will be presented as a mock-trial with best-in-field counsel members presenting and “arguing” an Insurance Non-Disclosure dispute at Banco Court.
Counsel, Teni Berberian (13 Wentworth Selbourne Chambers) and David Talintyre (Level 22 Chambers) will be presenting the facts to an illustrious judge who will be ruling on the case.
Networking drinks will be held at The Rabbit Hole near the court following the conclusion of the mock-trial proceedings.
Please note spots are limited so please purchase your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
We sincerely hope that this event will be of interest to members and we look forward to seeing you there for those of you who can make it.
