Description
MARK LAWRENCE, Casualty Practice Head of Chaucer, will address on his Lloyds experience generally as it applies to the Australian market and more specifically:
- An intro to coverholders, explanation of key concepts like binding authority
- Benefits of coverholders
- Risks of coverholders
- Coverholders in Australia – the Chaucer experience
Mark Lawrence has 30 years underwriting experience within the Lloyds community. He was previously the Active Underwriter of Syndicate 3245 before it was sold to the Argo Group in 2008. He then joined Chaucer to head up the International Liability Division and became Casualty Practice Head in 2012.
CAIN JACKSON, Partner, Wotton + Kearney will then add some legal expertise and address risks and common pitfalls from a claims perspective for coverholders switching capacity providers.
